This bill prohibits county commissions from adopting rules and regulations governing agricultural operations that are more strict than those implemented by the state. CPAC supports efforts to reduce regulatory burdens and supported this bill. The Senate passed this bill on January 12, 2024 by a vote of 32-0 and the bill later became law.
