Vote Description
This bill requires that public schools designate their sports teams as being for males, females, or both (coed). It then requires that males be prohibited from playing on the teams designated for females. CPAC supports efforts to create a safe and fair environment of play in school sports and supported this bill. The House passed this bill on March 1, 2023 by a vote of 51-10 and the bill later became law.
