Vote Description
This bill creates the federal review joint and standing committee such that it may review federal measures and inform the legislature of instances in which the federal government is engaging in overreach. CPAC supports efforts to fight federal overreach and supported this bill. The House failed to introduce this bill on February 14, 2024 by a vote of 25-36.
