Vote Description
This bill prohibits the government from discriminating against companies in the public bidding process for not entering into agreements with unions. CPAC supports efforts to diminish the corrupt power of unions and supported this bill.The Senate passed this bill on March 1, 2023 by a vote of 28-2 and the bill later became law.
