This bill prohibits ballot counting devices from being connected to the Internet. It also allows county clerks to conduct post-election ballot audits. CPAC supports efforts to decrease election fraud and supported this bill. The Senate passed this bill on March 1, 2023 by a vote of 26-3 and the bill later became law.
