Vote Description
This amendment prohibits public institutions of higher education from using public funds to pay for gender studies programs. CPAC supports efforts to lessen the taxpayer funding of useless degrees and supported this amendment. The Senate passed this amendment on February 21, 2024 by a vote of 18-13.
