Frank Russo




Frank Russo is the Director of the CPAC Foundation’s Center for Combating Human Trafficking. 


Before joining CPAC, Mr. Russo was the Director of Government and Legislative Affairs at the National District Attorneys Association, where he assisted in drafting and passing legislation that strengthened public safety. He also brings experience from Capitol Hill, where he worked with the House Judiciary Committee under Representative Bob Goodlatte of Virginia, and for the Senate Judiciary Committee under Senator Ted Cruz of Texas. During his time in politics, Mr. Russo has provided expert testimony before the United States Congress, the Federal Judiciary, and in multiple state legislatures. He is also a nationally recognized voice on improving the criminal justice system, having been published in major media outlets including the Atlanta Journal Constitution, The Hill, Newsmax, Daily Caller, and Austin American-Statesman.
