CPAC in Hungary 2024 Delegation Trip
By completing this registration, you understand that you may be photographed, taped or recorded while attending the CPAC in Hungary 2024 Delegation Trip and that you grant American Conservative Union d/b/a/ CPAC and/or the American Conservative Union Foundation d/b/a/ CPAC Foundation (hereinafter collectively referred to as “CPAC”) permission to use your image or voice in all forms and media as permitted by law. You waive the right to inspect or approve versions of your image or voice or the written copy that may be used in connection with either.
Code of Conduct
Intellectual Property
All event participants are expected to behave in accordance with professional standards and applicable laws. Be considerate, respectful, and mindful of your surroundings and fellow participants, of the CPAC in Hungary 2024 Delegation Trip, CPAC Hungary, and other events taking place during the trip. Unacceptable behavior includes, but is not limited to: intimidating, harassing, abusive, discriminatory, derogatory, or demeaning speech; distribution of inappropriate materials; criminal conduct by any participants of the CPAC in Hungary 2024 Delegation Trip and related event activities; or any other behavior intended to harass others or distract from the conference. No signage is permitted on the premises without prior authorization. CPAC reserves the right to confiscate any materials and/or remove persons found in violation of this policy at its discretion. Filming for commercial purposes is strictly limited to those with the appropriate CPAC media credentials, and CPAC retains all fair use rights in their intellectual property for any and all commercial filming done during the course of the event. In addition, no partisan politicking is permitted while attending the CPAC in Hungary 2024 Delegation Trip. Many event venues are shared with members of the public; please be respectful to all patrons of these locations. Participants violating these rules may be asked to leave the conference. No refunds will be given for those who are removed from the conference for violating any aspect of the Code of Conduct.
Waiver of Liability
Cancellation/Refund Policy
Neither purchasing tickets for the CPAC in Hungary 2024 Delegation Trip nor acceptance of these terms or conditions shall be construed as any waiver of the CPAC’s intellectual property rights. Any commercial use of CPAC's intellectual property is prohibited unless approved in writing in advance by CPAC. No photographs or video taken while on the CPAC in Hungary 2024 Delegation trip may be used for commercial purposes unless the attendee has obtained written permission from CPAC. Commercial use of any video or photography taken while on the CPAC in Hungary 2024 Delegation Trip in which CPAC's intellectual property is used will be considered infringement. Professional photographers and videographers and those who are compensated for filming any aspect of the CPAC in Hungary 2024 Delegation Trip waive any claim to the doctrine of “fair use” of CPAC’s intellectual property. CPAC reserves the right to seek damages for any infringement of our intellectual property rights.
Privacy and Data Use Policy
By purchasing tickets to and/or attending the CPAC in Hungary 2024 Delegation Trip, you agree to assume the risks related to attendance on the trip. With the exception of liability to gross negligence or reckless and/or intentional conduct, you agree to release CPAC, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and consultants from the liability arising from your attendance on the CPAC in Hungary 2024 Delegation Trip. Cancellations will be accepted until February 9, 2024 for a 100% refund. Cancellations between February 10, 2024 - March 4, 2024 will be accepted for a 50% refund.
