Tucker Carlson Show: Are We Under Constant Digital Surveillance?

Tucker Carlson, host of the Tucker Carlson Show, and Catherine Fitts had a conversation about the many ways Americans are surveilled. They speak about the dangers of the ever-increasing influence governments and corporations have on the average American’s life. 

“Think of each one of us. We're all under surveillance, not just by governments but by corporations.”, says Fitts. 

She adds that Americans might not be surveilled necessarily for nefarious purposes, but to collect data, influence ideas, and see where they spend their money. Corporations use AI and tracking software to “extract some kind of value,” according to Fitts. 

This is the danger of moving to an “all digital system” where governments and corporations can influence and track behavior.
