Attendee Terms & Conditions and Cancelation Policy for CPAC Beverly Hills 2025 Attendee Terms & Conditions and Cancellation Policy CPAC Beverly Hills 2025 By completing this registration, you understand that you may be photographed, taped or recorded during the Conservative Political Action Conference (CPAC) and that you grant American Conservative Union d/b/a/ CPAC and/or the American Conservative Union Foundation d/b/a/ CPAC Foundation (hereinafter collectively referred to as “CPAC”) permission to use your image or voice in all forms and media as permitted by law. You waive the right to inspect or approve versions of your image or voice or the written copy that may be used in connection with either. Code of Conduct Intellectual Property All event participants are expected to behave in accordance with professional standards and applicable laws. Be considerate, respectful, and mindful of your surroundings and fellow participants, of both CPAC Beverly Hills 2025 and other events taking place at the Waldorf Astoria Beverly Hills. Unacceptable behavior includes, but is not limited to: intimidating, harassing, abusive, discriminatory, derogatory, or demeaning speech; distribution of inappropriate materials; criminal conduct by any participants of CPAC Beverly Hills 2025 and related event activities; or any other behavior intended to harass others or distract from the conference. No signage is permitted on the premises without prior authorization. CPAC reserves the right to confiscate any materials and/or remove persons found in violation of this policy at its discretion. Filming for commercial purposes is strictly limited to those with the appropriate CPAC media credentials, and CPAC retains all fair use rights in their intellectual property for any and all commercial filming done during the course of the event. In addition, no partisan politicking is permitted on premises during CPAC Beverly Hills 2025. Many event venues are shared with members of the public; please be respectful to all patrons of these locations. Participants violating these rules may be asked to leave the conference. No refunds will be given for those who are removed from the conference for violating any aspect of the Code of Conduct. Waiver of Liability Cancellation/Refund Policy Neither purchasing tickets to CPAC Beverly Hills 2025 nor acceptance of these terms or conditions shall be construed as any waiver of the CPAC’s intellectual property rights. Any commercial use of CPAC's intellectual property is prohibited unless approved in writing in advance by CPAC. No photographs or video taken at CPAC Beverly Hills 2025 may be used for commercial purposes unless the attendee has obtained written permission from CPAC. Commercial use of any video or photography taken at CPAC Beverly Hills 2025 in which CPAC's intellectual property is used will be considered infringement. Professional photographers and videographers and those who are compensated for filming any aspect of CPAC Beverly Hills 2025 waive any claim to the doctrine of “fair use” of CPAC’s intellectual property. CPAC reserves the right to seek damages for any infringement of our intellectual property rights. Privacy and Data Use Policy By purchasing tickets to and/or attending CPAC Beverly Hills 2025, you agree to assume the risks related to attendance at the event. CPAC Releases Wisconsin Legislative Scorecard, Revealing Conservative Legislation Defeated by Socialist Democrat Governor Tony Evers. ALEXANDRIA, VA (March 7, 2024) — CPAC Foundation’s analysis reveals Wisconsin’s Republican and Democrat legislators both tend to vote in lockstep with their fellow party members on the vast majority of the bills voted on during the past session. Additionally, most of the deviations from this score occurred merely as a result of some legislators being absent for particular votes. SEE SCORECARD HERE “Wisconsin’s socialist Governor Tony Evers thwarted the strong efforts of Wisconsin’s GOP-controlled legislature last session.” said CPAC Chairman Matt Schlapp. “Gov. Evers vetoed restrictions on ballot harvesting, important welfare reform, and even a bill which protected minors from radical gender surgeries.” CPAC recognizes several Wisconsin state legislators for their conservative voting records. Members that earned an Award for Conservative Excellence for voting with the conservative position 90% or more of the time can be found highlighted in gold on the scorecard. CPAC International Board Resolution CPAC International Board Resolution BE IT RESOLVED by the Boards of CPAC and CPAC Foundation: 1. We condemn the police state tactics of Xi Jinping, Vladimir Putin, Lula da Silva, and Joe Biden and all of their attempts to silence, legally harass, and imprison their main political opponents. These are election interference crimes. In particular, we wish to lend our voice in strong support against the legal persecution being waged on Jaire Bolsonaro, Jimmy Lai, and President Donald Trump. 2. We condemn the attempts of the World Health Organization, in coordination with the Biden Administration, the Chinese Communist Party, and the Gates Foundation, to surrender national sovereignty to a de-facto global government through a radically revised public health “treaty.” The WHO agenda is a deliberate takeover of national governments’ sovereignty in order to implement the global elites’ oppressive agenda, which is an assault on communities, families, and religion. We stand strongly on the side of national sovereignty. This is an attempted WHO takeover of human dignity, and CPAC stands strongly against it. We encourage all freedom-loving countries to follow President Donald Trump’s lead and move to exit or defund the World Health Organization. 3. Israel is one of the few countries in the Middle East to exemplify the values of liberty, justice, and freedom. Globalists, anti-semites, and terror cartels are working hand-in-hand to annihilate the State of Israel. CPAC calls on nations around the globe to stand on the side of Israel, to recognize Jerusalem as her proper capital, and to fight religious discrimination in all its forms. Further, CPAC stands with our close ally Israel and supports Israel’s military operations to achieve total victory in Gaza and other fronts. CPAC calls on Joe Biden to end the hostage crisis in Israel, and eliminate the Iran-backed Hamas terrorists. These terrorists committed the deadliest attack on the Jewish people since the Holocaust.
