This union-opposed bill legalizes the usage of autonomous vehicles on roads. CPAC supports appropriate efforts to encourage technological innovation through deregulation and supported this bill. The Senate passed this bill on March 30, 2023 by a vote of 21-16 but the bill was vetoed by Governor Beshear.
