Vote Description
This amendment states that it is the intent of the legislature that the funds it appropriates in HB 39 not be used by universities to infringe on people’s Second Amendment rights. CPAC supports the founders’ belief in the Second Amendment and supported this amendment. The House defeated this amendment on April 4, 2023 by a vote of 24-16.
