Vote Description
This bill establishes education scholarship accounts containing funds that parents may use to send their children to an educational institution that best suits their child’s needs. CPAC supports school choice and supported this bill. The House passed this bill on February 27, 2024 by a vote of 69-34 and the bill later became law.
