This bill raises the grade level at which teachers may start teaching certain curricula about gender ideology and prohibits teachers from displaying Leftist pride flags in the classroom. CPAC supports efforts to crack down on the Left’s delusive attempts to invade the minds of children and supported this bill. The House passed this bill on April 23, 2024 by a vote of 74-25 but the bill did not become law.
