Vote Description
This bill prohibits unemancipated minors from consenting to receive vaccinations without the additional permission of their parent or guardian. CPAC supports parents rights and supported this bill. The House passed this bill on April 25, 2024 by a vote of 81-17 but the bill did not become law.
