This bill requires institutions of higher education in Alabama to report foreign funding that they may receive from foreign countries of concern. CPAC supports efforts to make transparent the ties that universities may hold with the US’ adversaries and supported this bill. The House passed this bill on April 9, 2024 by a vote of 101-0 and the bill later became law.
