Vote Description
This bill creates the Child Care Provider Tax Credit, the likes of which will be apportioned for taxpayers that own certain child care facilities in the state. CPAC believes that the government should not show favoritism toward particular industries and opposed this bill. The House passed this bill on April 18, 2024 by a vote of 103-0 and the bill later became law.
