This bill withholds economic development incentives from companies that conduct their union elections through processes that don’t use secret ballots. CPAC supports efforts to protect workers from intimidation and supported this bill. The Senate passed this bill on May 7, 2024 by a vote of 34-0 and the bill was signed into law.
