This bill states that only blank absentee ballot applications may be delivered to potential electors. It also requires that those who assist others in filling out their absentee ballot application also provide their own name, address, and signature on the application. CPAC supports efforts to strengthen election security and supported this bill.  The House passed the bill on March 6, 2023 by a vote of 85-11 and the bill later became law.
