This bill prohibits Arkansas from forming government contracts with companies that boycott energy and firearms industry members. CPAC supports efforts to supports efforts to reduce the influence of ESG rankings and supported this bill. The House passed the bill on April 5, 2023 by a vote of 82-11 and the bill later became law.
