This bill prohibits schools from requiring that their employees complete a course in implicit bias training. It also prohibits schools from taking adverse action against people who refuse to take such courses. CPAC opposes does not believes that public employees should be subjected to radical CRT-adjacent trainings and supported this bill. The Senate passed the bill on March 30, 2023 by a vote of 29-2 and the bill later became law.
