Vote Description
This bill cuts the top individual income tax rate from 4.7% to 4.4% and the top corporate income tax rate from 5.1% to 4.8%. CPAC supports appropriate and broad tax relief and supported this bill. The Senate passed this bill on September 12, 2023 by a vote of 27-3 and the bill later became law.
