Vote Description
This bill prohibits state entities from interfering in the enforcement of federal immigration laws. CPAC supports efforts to secure the Southern border of the US and supported this bill. The House passed this bill on May 15, 2023 by a vote of 31-26 but the bill was vetoed by Governor Hobbs.
