Vote Description
This bill establishes a pilot program that allows individuals who, because of their income, no longer qualify for SNAP benefits to receive nutrition assistance. CPAC opposes the creation of new welfare programs and opposed this bill. The House passed this bill on March 8, 2023 by a vote of 40-18 but the bill never became law.
