Vote Description

This bill states that drug cartels are now to be considered and treated as terrorist organizations by the state. CPAC recognizes that drug cartels are responsible for the deaths of thousands of Americans, approves of appropriate efforts to subdue them, and supported this bill. The House passed this bill on March 1, 2023 by a vote of 31-28 but the bill was vetoed by Governor Hobbs.
