This bill requires the state to create a process that will help it divest itself from companies that donate to and support abortionists and organizations that attempt to provide young individuals with sexually explicit materials. CPAC believes abortion is always a human tragedy, opposes radical Left-wing gender ideology, believes that taxpayer funds should not help fund either of these causes, and supported this bill. The House passed this bill on May 15, 2023 by a vote of 31-27 but the bill was vetoed by Governor Hobbs.
