Vote Description
This bill prohibits municipalities and agencies from using speed cameras in order to issue tickets to drivers for speeding. CPAC opposes the use of automated traffic enforcement systems and supported this bill. The House passed this bill on May 15, 2023 by a vote of 32-26 but the bill was vetoed by Governor Hobbs.
