Vote Description

This bill prohibits the state government from entering into agreements involving critical infrastructure if that agreement would give the government or citizens of China, North Korea, Russia, or Iran access to or control over critical infrastructure. CPAC supports appropriate efforts to protect the US’ critical infrastructure from interference by America’s opposition and supported this bill. The House passed this bill on May 15, 2023 by a vote of 36-22 but the bill was vetoed by Governor Hobbs.
