This bill establishes the Arizona Space Commission, the likes of which will use state funds to promote the state space aeronautics, astronautics, and aviation industries. CPAC believes that the government should not favor certain industries over others and opposed this bill. The House passed this bill on April 4, 2024 by a vote of 43-16 and the bill later became law.
