This bill states that immunizations for which a US FDA emergency use authorization has been issued are not required to be taken by students. CPAC supports efforts to make the decision to get a vaccine as voluntary as possible and supported this bill. The House passed this bill on February 28, 2024 by a vote of 31-28 but the bill never became law.
