This resolution clarifies that the legislature may reject rules proposed by certain portions of the bureaucracy using a concurrent resolution. CPAC supports efforts to increase legislative oversight over the bureaucracy and supported this resolution. The House passed this resolution on February 28, 2024 by a vote of 31-28.
