Vote Description
This bill requires healthcare providers to receive, for the purpose of ensuring the presence of informed consent, signatures from the patient, doctor, and witness prior to undergoing a surgical procedure. CPAC supports informed consent provisions and supported this bill. The House passed this bill on April 4, 2024 by a vote of 31-28 but Governor Hobbs vetoed the bill.
