Vote Description
This bill prohibits state entities from interfering in the enforcement of federal immigration laws. CPAC supports efforts to secure the Southern border of the US and supported this bill. The Senate passed this bill on April 4, 2023 by a vote of 16-14 but the bill was vetoed by Governor Hobbs.
