2023 - Arizona Senate

Vote Description
This bill states that the government may not require banks or other financial institutions to use a social credit score when deciding whether or not they should lend money to a customer. CPAC opposes government-imposed social credit scores and supported this bill. The Senate passed this bill on March 28, 2023 by a vote of 16-13 but the bill was vetoed by Governor Hobbs.
