This bill allows food trucks to park and serve food on private property in residential areas if they get written permission from the property owner to be there and comply with several other requirements. CPAC supports this effort to free the food truck industry from burdensome regulations and supported this bill. The Senate passed this bill on April 10, 2024 by a vote of 16-9 but Governor Hobbs vetoed the bill.
