This bill prohibits the county recorder from sending an initial or updated voter registration card to a person whose mailing address is outside the state unless that person is in the military. CPAC supports efforts to prevent election fraud and supported this bill. The Senate passed this bill on March 27, 2024 by a vote of 17-11 but Governor Hobbs vetoed the bill.
