Vote Description
This bill prohibits the state government from procuring solar panels made with "oppressive child labor." CPAC opposes oppressive child labor, believes that the government should not subsidize such types of forced labor, and supported this bill. The Senate passed this bill on April 10, 2024 by a vote of 16-11 but Governor Hobbs vetoed the bill.
