Vote Description
This bill prohibits school employees from referring children to pornographic and sexually explicit materials. CPAC supports efforts to protect children from exposure to obscene materials and supported this bill. The Senate passed this bill on February 15, 2024 by a vote of 16-10 but Governor Hobbs vetoed the bill.
