Vote Description
This bill prohibits municipalities from enacting regulations that entirely restrict or prohibit guns shows. CPAC supports efforts to prevent municipalities from singling out and attacking disfavored industries and supported this bill. The Senate passed this bill on February 15, 2024 by a vote of 16-10 but Governor Hobbs vetoed the bill.
