This bill requires schools to offer free condoms to students in grades 9-12 and to offer them information about such contraceptives. CPAC does not believe that it is the duty of government to bankroll sex between students and opposed this bill. The Assembly passed this bill on September 7, 2023 by a vote of 65-11 and the bill later became law.
