Vote Description
This bill increases the number of sick days that an employer must allot to employees from 3 to 5. CPAC believes that employees should work out their own benefits with employers and opposed this bill. The Assembly passed this bill on September 12, 2023 by a vote of 52-18 and the bill later became law.
