This bill requires any disputes to be settled by an instate arbitrator. It requires a court to name an arbitrator if one is not agreed on. CPAC opposes these government mandates to settle disputes and opposed this bill. The Senate passed the bill on August 28, 2024 by a vote of 31-6 and the bill later became law.
