This bill prohibits Coloradan employers from requiring that a job applicant put their date of birth or dates of attendance at a university on their job application. CPAC opposes government infringement in employee hiring processes and opposed this bill. The Senate passed this bill on April 26, 2023 by a vote of 23-12 and the bill later became law.
