This bill expands state-driven early childhood health programs by further integrating health-care systems into local communities and embedding more government oversight into early childhood services. CPAC opposes ever-growing social-service bureaucracies that crowd out private and faith-based solutions and opposed this bill. The Senate passed this bill on 2025-04-30 by a vote of 25-10. The House passed this bill on 2025-05-05 by a vote of 42-22. The bill later became law.
