This bill stuffs a variety of gun control measures into a single bill. It prohibits the intentional open carry and display of firearms, limits the number of firearms that can be sold to certain people, and bans a laundry list of firearms. CPAC supports the founders' belief in the Second Amendment and opposed this bill. The House passed this bill on May 25, 2023 by a vote of 96-51 and the bill later became law.
