Vote Description
This bill requires all state agencies to place a “nonbinary” option on forms that ask for a person’s gender. CPAC opposes the gratification of transgender ideology and opposed this bill. The House passed this bill on May 17, 2023 by a vote of 124-26 but the bill never became law.
