Vote Description
This bill requires public institutions of higher education to develop plans to provide students that live on campus with access to abortion services. CPAC believes that public universities should focus on educating students, not subsidizing their sex, and opposed this bill. The House passed this bill on June 1, 2023 by a vote of 114-34 and the bill later became law.
