This bill requires medical providers to send health and safety information for a child patient to that patient’s school (with the permission of the patient’s parent). CPAC this move toward medical transparency and supported this bill. The House passed the bill on May 15, 2025 by a vote of 105-42 but the bill was not taken up by the Senate.
