Vote Description

This resolution proposes a constitutional amendment that would allow for no-excuse absentee ballot voting. This means that any elector in the state of Connecticut would be able to receive an absentee ballot without exception. CPAC opposes measures that reduce election security and opposed this resolution. The Senate passed this resolution on May 30, 2023 by a vote of 26-8.
