Vote Description
This bill requires warehouse owners to provide their employees with the quotas that they are expected to meet while performing their job. The bill also sets certain regulations that employers must follow when creating such quotas. CPAC opposes measures that allow the government to micromanage the workplace and opposed this bill. The Senate passed this bill on June 7, 2023 by a vote of 24-12 but the bill never became law.
